Feel the are that hurts and see if you feel a small circle mark that feels a little rough or tough. If you can you may have the beginngs of a plantars wart. If not could be a bone spur. Feel the inside of the right shoe your wear most, and see if you feel a litlle bump or indentation where your ball fo the foot would lay on. If it turns out to be a spur, only surgery will fix that. If it's a Plantars Wart, you can do the following, which does work, and is cheaper than being treated by a Podiatrist. You have to soak your foor in very warm Epsom Salt water for 15 mines twice a day. Brush the wart area using Dial Soap (White), after the soaking each time. Dry and place a strip of adhesive tape, best is kind that is white and can be torn by hand, or I suppose you could use Duct Tape. After doing this for several days, the tape will pull the wart out. It has a stem that grows inward. For now to help with the pain, get yourself a shoe insert that has a gel in differrent areas including the ball of the feet, or get one that is all gel cushioned. Wishing you the very best young lady and I hope it is something as simple as a worn place or bump in the insole of your shoe. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

2 things bursitis and foot possibly going inward when walking.

I went to the doctor about a year ago because my left heel was hurting and he told me that its because your foot needs to be stretched upward to stretch the ligaments that goes from the heel to lower leg because as you get older the ligaments tends to tighten and inflames if you don't exercise regularly.. He gave me a boot with adjustable straps to wear to slowly stretch the ligament and the pain slowly went away. During the treatment he told me just take ibuprofens to ease the inflammation. Before he gave me the boot he told me to walk and he also told that my feet were going inward as I walked which could also be causing the pain. He had my feet shaped molded and made molded sole to put in my shoes so my feet would straighten when walking. I have no more pain.Health Question & Answer

Sounds like a heel spur,
You need to go to the doctor's and he will send you for x-ray's.
You might have to get cortisone shots every few months to treat it.
