Well, I've never actually tried any of these, but I am in med school and we learned how Alli worked just a few weeks ago. It keeps you from absorbing all the fat that's in the food you're eating. That fat has to go somewhere, so you defecate it out. This means if you're eating cheeseburgers and fries all the time you're going to have some pretty nasty diarrhea. It will be greasy and float in the toilet due to the fat content. Pretty nasty, huh.?
