Question: How do I fix my neck.?
The last couple of days i've been getting little cramps in my neck.. but it has gotten worse and worse. I woke up this morning and now i'm stuck. I can't turn my head left at all. And I can only turn it a little bit to the right. My neck is hurting whether or not I move it. Help!Health Question & Answer

put a hot pack on it or a hot wet towel and wait it out as bad as it sounds and all throughout the day just try to move it a tiny bit

You have a misalignment in your neck. This is a very common thing to have happen. If you go to a MD they will just give you Ibuprofin to help the inflammation. However, while this reduces the inflammation, it does not fix the problem. However, a chiropractor specializes in this exact scenario. He/she will be able to adjust your neck and you should feel better within a few days without the use of any drugs.
