Question: Weird thing that happened this morning.?
In the morning i was feeling a bit sick but when i was with my girlfriend i all of a sudden felt like throwing up and i became dizzy and my ears where blocked and i couldnt stand straight. and apparently i went plae, ghostly like.. and when i went to home class i just sat for a bit and felt better she told me that i had shock.? what is this or why do you think this happendHealth Question & Answer

It sounds like you might have had a sudden drop in blood pressure. Sometimes when you change positions quickly, like getting up too fast, your system has momentary trouble with maintaining adequate blood return to the heart -- especially if your blood volume is low from dehydration (or bleeding).
It's called orthostatic hypotension, it usually resolves in a few moments. The main danger is that you could lose consciousness briefly in the mean time, and wind up injuring yourself if you happen to still be standing.
I don't know if that's what happened to you, but it would explain your pale face, the dizziness, the sudden nausea, etc. Make sure you get your 8 glasses of fluids a day, and hopefully it won't happen again.Health Question & Answer

I dont know what this person means by saying you had shock. People go into shock sometimes when a serious injury occurs. Sounds like you may be having some inner ear or blood sugar symptoms.
