I am caring for someone with Alzheimer's. I sleep near them and may have to awake at odd hours.

I first of all sit up on the edge of the bed while I come round. Then I get up & have a cup of tea. It is a personal thing, some people awake firing on all cylinders but with most of us it takes a few minutes to get our act together.Health Question & Answer
