Question: I think my brother's burn might be infected....?
It's a round burn that goes through about three layers, he had put a band-aid on it for about a week and now it has a white ((as in snow white)) layer growing from the inside to the outside and he says it itches a bit. Could it be infected or is it just healing.?Health Question & Answer

Sounds like its just healing. Have him rub some Aloe Vera lotion into it, that will take care of the itching and help prevent scarring. also, keep it covered with a dry bandage until it is completly healed.Health Question & Answer
