Did I fracture my finger or sprained it? What should I do?!

Question: Did I fracture my finger or sprained it.? What should I do.?
I had basketball practice today. I received a hard pass at a mad position and my middle finger and index finger feels like that it is jammed. I don't mind those minor injuries if you even call them that.. but this time when i was walking home after practice my finger and wrist feels numb and cold and i can't move the two fingers because it is in so much pain. Do you think I fractured it.? Or sprained it.? What should I do now. By the way the unpleasant feeling in my wrist and arm is kinda like numbing and sorta slowing my blood circulation I feel cold... Answers:
You can really never tell without an x-ray. The coldness is caused because of the loss of circulation due to the excess fluid that's also probably causing swelling. It would be a good idea to get them looked at along with your wrist.

Some things that help the pain are ice for swelling, ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory drug, and taping the fingers to each other for support. make sure if you tape them together you put a piece of gauze between them so they don't cause skin breakdown from being rubbed together.
