Question: What is the chest pain that i'm having.?

ok... i've been having weird chest pain for the past month. for the past couple of days, it feels like there is something in it...i cannot describe it...like food. like something is wedged down there and it's stuck. its hurts to cough, eat, drink, hiccup, yawn. what could it be.?
