after giving birth my upper back is aching, and been really painful, my mother always told me dont sit and feed the baby becuase your still weak from giving birth, which i always did when my daughter was born til six or seven months, I had no choice, my babys father wasn't around much at that time. now I think its getting to me, Its so painful I cant describe it, its up my back shoulder and in between til my waist..Ive been to the chripractor, didnt help me much, I dont know what else to do..
I went my doctor , she just prescribe me stronger back medication than tylenol, but I dont want to take medication, I know eventually itll come back. Now even when I lay on my back to sleep I have to move constantly..it feels like a burn, it feels so tense. Help me please. Much appreciatedHealth Question & Answer

First thing to do is switch Doctors! Isn't wasn't until my 3rd Doctor I went to, that I found out I had cancer. So my best advice is to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion, till you get to the bottom of this ordeal. I can't give you any medical advice over the internet. You may ask this question under the health part of Yahoo Answers. I had a similar pain that was eventually related to my lungs. I had pneumonia, which was very painful and was hard to describe to the doctors where the pain was coming from. After some antibiotics, the pain finally went away and I started feeling better. I would highly recommend that you see another Doctor and let them know that previous treatments have not worked at all. Let them know that you want to stay away from medication if at all possible and that you want to get to the root of all this pain.Health Question & Answer
