Question: I feel so sick, can anyone possibly tell me what I might have, this is terribly painful, anything!.?
Yesterday it all started with a bad stomach ache. I began to feel nauseated and just gross. Then today as soon as I woke up I began to get diarrhea and I ended up calling in sick. For the rest of the day if I ate anything about an hour later I would get a horrible stomach ache and then i would get diarrhea. I fell asleep for just about an hour and and as soon as I woke up I'm in the bathroom again in pain.

Not to mention, (and this is absolutely disgusting) but it burns really bad and its bright yellow. It is extremely painful and I just want someone to tell me what it might be. Do I need to go to the hospital.?

I had a similar thing a couple of days ago. I'd get really nauseated and felt so gross, my stomach hurt, but not too much. I also had 2 go 2 the bathroom cause I had diarrhea attacks for like 7 times. so I got some imodium & drank lots of water. now I feel better. maybe you have food poising, but u'd b throwing up & with fever if u had food poising. I'd say get some anti-diarrhea medicines or the ones that's 4 everything like Peptobismo is for all digestic-track-issues, and DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER if u don't get well after 1 day, then u should go 2 ur family doctor 1st.Health Question & Answer

Sounds to me like your Gall Bladder. That can cause terrible stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. Anything you eat is just going to flare it up even more. Is your stomach pain on your upper right side kind of up under your rib.? If so, then you should go to the ER. Good Luck!Health Question & Answer

All kinds of possibilities. Get yourself to an emergency room. Could be anything from mild food poisoning to acute appendicitis or worse. If you can't drive yourself there, see if a friend on family member will drive you... or get a cab... or, if it's really bad and you're in dire straits, call an ambulance for yourself.Health Question & Answer

but those are bad signs.that could be alot of things:
stomache virus maybe.?
drink liquids
dont eat anything
lay with a warm rag on your head
make sure your staying warm

Sounds like a stomach bug or food poisoning. Just take small sips of boiled water, regularly. Like every 15 - 30 mins take a few more sips. You have to keep your fluids up so you don't dehydrate. Don't eat anything for at least 24 hours to allow your stomach and bowels to rest up a little. And when you do take something, avoid dairy foods as the bacteria in milk, butter, cheese etc. can start it off again. Try a slice of toast with perhaps a smear of vegemite, but no jam, or butter or anything. A small piece of peeled apple can help because the pectin in the apple can help to stabilise your stomach. If you still are no better after 24 hours, then definitely seek medical help.Health Question & Answer
