Question: I had abdominal pain last night what could that mean.?

This morning I woke up to a really bad pain in my addomen. It wasn't so much cramping. I can't explain the feeling but it almost felt like something inside me was tearing. I am only 8 weeks but is it possible that was just my uterus stretching.? I didn't bleed from it at all. An couple of hours later i endured the pain and just went back to sleep. Any thoughts i'm a bit concerned about that. Last night I experienced some diarrhea which happened only once. Thanks.Health Question & Answer
