if you have these symptoms then the answer is yes if not it is probably a chill in your kidney and will soon clear up
Many kidney stones don't move and are too small to cause any symptoms. However, if a kidney stone causes a blockage, or moves into the ureter, it may cause some of the following symptoms:
severe pain or aching in the back on one or both sides
sudden spasms of excruciating pain (renal or uteric colic) - this usually starts in the back below the ribs, before radiating around the abdomen, and sometimes to the groin and genitalia
bloody, cloudy or smelly urine

Difficult to say.?.? the pain i had was a severe stabbing pain front and back(lower abdomen),Believe it or not i had string tied extra tight to me, to to relieve the pain!! to this day they aren't sure if i had them and passed them myself.?.? this was some 30 years ago now...

You would certainly know it. Probable Urinary Tract Infection. GP on Monday. In the meantime drink plenty of fluids. If the pain worsens contact the out of hours service.
