Infarction or blocked vessel shouldn't last a whole year. Use aspirin to thin the blood and peroxide on the skin for oxygen and massage four times a day gently.Use sunlight and hot packs.Hot ice will stop the feeling if it is too much for you. Think of exercising to move the blood as the massage does. Stress locks up the back at times too. Find a new job.Health Question & Answer

You may be having "referred pain". Sometimes pain from the gallbladder can refer to the upper back pain in the shoulderblade area. Referred pain is pain that happens in an area other than the site of the injury or disease, and happens when nerves that innervate (lead to) the injured area also lead to the site of the uninjured area.

There are also a lot of muscles in your back, such as the iliocostalis http://triggerpoints.net/userfiles/Ilioc... rhomboid http://triggerpoints.net/userfiles/Rhomb... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhomboid_mu... trapezius...you get the idea! Sometimes burning pain can be caused by nerve compression or injury, and there are also a lot of nerves in this area!

Since this has been happening for several months, you may want to see a physician for evaluation. Digestive system problems can often refer pain into the back area.Health Question & Answer
