Question: Black spot in me eye after being hit.?
Today, as I was coming into my dorm room, my roomate threw a hat. The brim hit my eye , hurt pretty bad. For a few minutes it burned an I had blurry vision. It's calmed down now and feels more sore than anything, but there is a black spot in the far corner of my eye. At first it was pretty noticeable but now it only shows up when I blink. I know it could be a detached retina but it doesn't hurt hwen i move it around and it's only present now when i blink. is this very urgent or coudl i wait a day or so and see what happens.?Health Question & Answer

A detached retina would be blindness, almost total blindness. Black spot could be a problem, but I would wait a few days and if it has not cleared up see a Doctor. Best of LuckHealth Question & Answer
