This started this morning, when I woke up, i could feel like tingling/numb feeling when i moved my arm backwards, or layed a certain way. Now, It wont stop, feels like it does when you hit your funny bone, but constant. Especially happens in my fingers, hand when I stretch my arm back. I can push under my arm, and it makes it REALLY bad. also noticed when i cross my legs, my legs are having the same feelings, and my feet are tingling too, like bad blood circulation. Any ideas.? Could this just be a pinched nerve.? I did drink last night, got sick today, nutrient defieciency.?

Do you have any pain, weakness, stiffness or any range of motion limitations.? It could either be a pinched nerve from doing something while drinking, a herniation in your neck pinching on a nerve, or something more specific. If the numbness has not subsided within the day, I would probably see your family physician.Health Question & Answer
