Question: Could something be bad wrong with me.?
My period was over a week late this time and it came yesterday. I normaly have small cramps before my period, but this time I had terrible pains in my back and pelvis, then last night i couldn't sleep cuz the pain was so bad. This has never happened before and im a little afraid that its something bad. I have also been very fatigue. Any answers will help.Health Question & Answer

I agree with Lynn. I have similar pains with my periods some times but not others. My doctor recommended Ponstan as it breaks up the affects of the hormones that are causing the pain and it is also the only thing I have taken that actually reduces it. You don't need a prescription, you can buy it over the counter. Go to your doctor and see if this would be suitable for you, or something like it and also to find out if anything else is going on. (The active ingredients are Mefenamic Acid capsules 250mg) Hope that helps.
