You will be fine, you probably just pinched a nerve. I have done that before also; give it a few days before training on it again, and it should be fine. If swelling does not subside, see your doctor. It could be, but probably isn't, something much worse.Health Question & Answer

Its probably just swelling, pay attention to them though if they dont seem to be getting better go to the doctors. I've punched a glass window before and it seemed broken but it was just swelling.Health Question & Answer
