Answers:
First of all examine your eating. Did you eat breakfast today.? Are you taking any vitamins or other medications.? Could you be pregnant.? (not sure if you are male or female).
Is it possible you are nervous and this is triggering anxiety.?
Check these things and go to a doctor. Health Question & Answer

I think you got gastric problem.

- Try to eat properly everyday. Don't it too much / too fast in a go, rather your might want to have small meals frequently. (for the time being) You can try the plain crackers, papaya fruits, any food that is gentle to stomach.

- Avoid spicy, sour food, junk food or any food with intense / strong flavor.

- Try to relax & not over worked yourself.

- You can try the gastric medicine that is sold over the counter. (Mylanta, etc) Usually you need to chew the tablet & have it half hour before your meal.

- You might want to see a doctor to confirm whether it's only a gastric problem or something more serious.

Hope you get well soon.
Health Question & Answer

See your health care provider as soon as possible. Medications are the most common cause of nausea and vomiting in the elderly, whereas viral infections are the most common cause in children and young adults. When viruses are to blame, diarrhea is usually present as well.
Food poisoning is often blamed for stomach problems but is actually one of the less frequent causes of nausea and vomiting. In any event, nausea and vomiting caused by food poisoning are treated the same way as any other kind.
The objective of home treatment is to take in as much fluid as possible without upsetting the stomach any further. Sip clear fluids such as water or ginger ale. Suck on ice chips if nothing else will stay down. Don't drink much at any one time, and avoid solid foods, etc. And good luck.Health Question & Answer
