Question: Would being stabbed (or axed) in the spine kill you instantly.?
I'm not planning to do this btw, it has something to do with Buffy, and I am just wondering. Easy ten points! I'm thinking it would kill you very quickly but not instantly like somethings can.Health Question & Answer

it probably depends on how far in the axe/knife goes. Severing someones spine would not necessarily result in death. Paralysis, yes. If the axe/knife went in deep enough and cut vital organs then yes it would cause death. also, if the person whip lashed their necked badly enough from the impact, then it could break their neck cause either paralysis or death...
