Question: Where can I find in Chicago sea water for sinus washes.?
I used to use this spray with sea water (http://www.sterimar.com/uk/flashindex.ht... when I was in Italy to heal sinus infections and it worked really well. Now I am in Chicago and I don't even know what to look for... Do you know any product and a place where to buy it.? ThanksHealth Question & Answer

There's a brand of nasal spray called Ocean Spray. Its not actually sea water, its saline solution, but its the same thing and probably more sanitary. Actually any brand of saline nasal spray will do the same thing.Health Question & Answer
Your pet store!!!! No I am not kidding. Look for instant ocean (or another brand of marine salt) and mix it according to package directions. While you get a big package of marine salt, it would still be overall cheaper that buying it premixed.Health Question & Answer
