i had my ears pierced in year 4, and i'm in year 11 now, so i've had them pierced for about 7/8 years, but now whenever i put earrings in my ears flare up and get painful. yesterday i went to see fall out boy, and put in a pair of earrings for the show. i wore them for an hour before the pain got too much and i had to take them off. even the same night they got infected, red and painful, and i don't know what to do because it always happens. please help.?Health Question & Answer

i have the same problem..u can be allergic to fake silver....i am..i cant wear the cheap" stuff ;)...lol i do sumtimes..but it cant be constantly everyday... i have to wear sumthing more expensive..or wear nothing for a day or two bfore wearing my cheapy jewlery... hope dis helps...my ears would get infected too...like bleed, turn red, hurt man... let them rest for a few days, then wear ur earrings again wen going out, then wen u get home, take them off and rest ur ears..... hopefully dis helps..Health Question & Answer
You have sensitive skin. Even if you don't have sensitive skin other places on your body, you do on your ears. Try wearing real jewelry. Any kind of metal that does not contain nickel.Health Question & Answer

What You Need To Do Is Get Ear Buds And Put Some HOT ! Water In A Glass Then Put Salt In The Hot Water, It Will Stop Everything Bad From Happening And Resolve It !

You could be allergic or sensitive to the type of metal the earrings are made out of. Buy earrings that are either stainless steal, or for "sensitive ears". I have this same problem! Health Question & Answer
