It can be painful, i was wondering if anyone knows whether the tens machine is any good or just a waste of money and have you used one.?Health Question & Answer

Yes I have and I would tell you to consult a Doctor before you use one. They are not for all back pain . I bought mine over a year ago and have used it several times and it does what it is supposed to do. Health Question & Answer
