A question about back pain?!


Question: A question about back pain.?
i usually have lower back pain 2 to 3 days before i start my period...and the pain started yesterday morning and it was the normal pain...uncomfortable but not unbearable.....well i woke up in the night and it was horrible....i cant even put hardly any pressure on my legs to walk.......is this normal menstrual pains.?

That would concern me. When I first started menstruating, I didn't cramp much at all, then I started getting abdominal cramping - over time it got so bad I couldn't do anything but lay there and hurt. I almost went to the ER a number of times. My doc said it was most likely endometrosis and started me on the pill to treat it. It has worked like magic.

I don't know if that has anything to do with your pain or not. If it's so severe that advil or whatever you take doesn't make it tolerable, I would see a doctor. Any pain so severe that it interferes with daily life is telling you something. You can always put a call into your OBGYN or family doc and just ask the nurse what she thinks. hmm idk but i know someone that had really low back pains and it was something wrong with their like kidneys.? so if its not the menstrual pains, get it checked out!Health Question & Answer
