I'm a Rx Tech - and the biggest concern is people having problems with their healthcare providers not covering the prescription drugs they need. It's mostly due to them wanting to give out generics - some drug CO's don't offer generics for every single type of drug out there - it's horrible. So people have to wait and wait until further approval or authorization is obtained...Health Question & Answer
Once I was working in a pharmacy. One of the issues that bothered me was that some customers didnt cover their mouth when they were sneezing or coughing,i fearde to catch a cold thru them.and i think some of the customers were very in a hurry that they thought i was a machine and had to asnswer them very promptly.some of them were impolite too and didnt respect the clerks.Health Question & Answer
