Answers:
Seeing a doctor should definitely be an option. Your back is one of the most susceptible areas on your body for injury when you are weightlifting. This happened most likely because you had too much weight or your form was wrong.

You could have done anything from just a minor muscle strain to tearing your muscle tissue or herniating a disc. Try some muscle stretches on a daily basis, even 2-3 times a day, and if your back is still hurting (or you can't stretch because of the pain), go see a chiropractor, family doctor, or physical therapist. Back pain is not something to take lightly as it can turn into a serious and debilitating injury in the future. Health Question & Answer

How long have you been doing it.? I don't think that you brusied something, its just you excersie and then stop. If you stop for too long, a dull pain will come becaue its your muscles, not that bad. I know a friend who did yoga three days in a row, ended up taking one day break, and her body started to have a dull pain becasue she didn't do yoga like she did three days before.Health Question & Answer

See a chiropractor, your back obviously needs an adjustment. I hurt mine lifting a heavy cabinet at work and they whisked me off to the chiropractor's office, where I had 7 or 8 treatments in about 5 or 6 weeks. I used to be skeptical about chiropractic treatment before, but not any more; that stuff is very effective! Best wishes.Health Question & Answer

well.. im guessing you "cant see a doctor" because then you will have to sit out for whatever sport you play.. but if you don't you will mess it up way worse.. bruises dont last that long.. neither do pulled muscles.Health Question & Answer
