Why is my forehead twitching?!

Question: Why is my forehead twitching.?
My other symptoms are as follows: neck pain, pain behind my ears, a little pain behind my eyes, a sore throat, and some pain on the top of my head. My doctor put me on an antibiotic for a sinus infection, but the very little drainage I have is clear. The twitching alternates from one side to the other throughout the day.

I see others have posted this question before, but I think it might be allergy related. I am allergic to dust, mold and yeast.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Twitching is often caused by a magnesium deficiency but in your particular case there are a lot of other problems and perhaps the twitching is related to some of those other problems that sound like muscle problems, bone problems and headaches and migraine problems. Sinus infections don't normally cause twitching although they can give you stinging headaches and stinging pains in your nose, ears and throat.

There is plenty of magnesium in nuts if you want to boost your magnesium intake.Health Question & Answer
