Why are you getting up at 5 am.?

At your age you need sleep at the proper time of the night.

Are you thinking of doing a paper round or something.?

Seriously, if you mix up your sleeping times at your age, you may develop a long-term sleeping problem.

Your health is more important than anything else. But if you are determined, then give yourself an extra hour and sleep 9 hours, from 8 pm.Health Question & Answer

For 14 you should probably have 8 hours sleep, around 17+ you can cope with 6 hours. If you find yourself drifting off, feeling really tired add an hour until you find a happy amount.

In answer to your question, I would say 9pm.Health Question & Answer

Oh I know this answer. either 8 o clock or be in bed at 8: 50. Then you have a good 9 hours of sleep. Trust me, if your doing this for the first time, then you need an alarm clock. Your body will get usd to it over time though.Health Question & Answer
