Okay from my hips down right to the end of my butt I have this internal pain. It's really bad on the cheeks, like the part I sit on. This has been going on for about 2 months now and it has worsened in that time. It just kind of feels like a big bruise. But I don't know why it would be because I haven't fallen on it. I started feeling like maybe I was sitting down too much so I have been working out and that doesn't make a difference. What is the deal.?Health Question & Answer

Sciatic nerve. I have problems with both sides of mine and very sadly there is nothing that you can do except bed rest. you can try Naproxen <Alieve> but here is nothing a doctor can do for you unless it is so bad you can't walkthen you have to go to a pain management specialistHealth Question & Answer
