I have been told i have tietze's syndrome.
I am 16 years old,female.
I have just taken ibuprofen,but the pain is still there and i'm getting headaches and everything keeps getting blurry and feeling cold and my left arm is aching.
Is there anything i can do,to cool it down a bit.?
Does it radiate elsewhere because recently i have been feeling the same pain on my right side of my chest and my back.

The treatment is usually rest and anti inflammatory drugs (as ibuprofen), sometimes an ice pack can reduce the pain and swelling.
There are some patches available on prescription eg lidocaine, a local anaesthetic.

I don't know what Tietze syndrome is, but ask your mom to look into getting you some Mona-Vie for the Headaches and Inflamation!!! It works as a natural anti-inflammatory, it's all berries which is full of antioxidents...I've been on a lot of meds for a while and found this to work wonders!!
