soo.. latley ive been having alot of pain in my knees like it hurts to walk on them sometime's. they hurt off and on..

and its pattefamoral pain syndrome. and its cause my knee cap shifts, so it grinds against the thigh bone and creates pain.

well its probably sthg that would go away on its own, it could be that ur leg hangs at the side of the bed when u sleep, or that u clime more stairs than u used to or maybe u got cold to the bone (if that makes sense) or anything else!

Sounds like you may have a touch of arthritis in you knees, being overweight is one of the usual causes of knee pain. Seeing a doctor is a good idea, you will need xrays to determine the cause or to rule others out.Health Question & Answer
