The cold feeling inside my knee is similar to the feeling you get when you apply Icy Hot or Vicks Vapor Rub, except the cold feeling is inside my knee instead of on the skin outside.

Dull pain and a warm or cold sensation on any body part could be a pinched nerve or something like that. I would contact your doctor and ask them what it could be to make sure you don't have a pinched nerve or some other type of problem. Health Question & Answer
