Answers:
Try to relax and not walk around too much, have a hot bath. This will relax your muscles and make it hurt less.
Maybe take a few painkillers (not too many, i know it hurts but if you overdose it WILL NOT help!) and maybe have a hotwater bottle or something warm on them to soothe them.
It should hurt less by tomorow if you do this, although they might be a bit tender still for a few days...if after a week it's still bad go and see a doctor.

You probably have just pulled them. Calf muscles are surprisingly easy to damage actually, my friend totally ripped hers just by running, and was on crutches for 3 weeks.

If it hurts that much, just ice them a bit, which should help the pain, and take some iburofen to help any swelling. If they still hurt in maybe 3-4 days, go see a doct, but you have probably just strained them a bit!

Remember.....stretch before you jump! haa haa!Health Question & Answer

Youve probably just stretched the muscles in your calf it shud settle down after a week or so, if it still persists I suggest you go to your doctors incase you have torn a muscle, no jumping this friday for you then!Health Question & Answer

Had you been jumping and being sober you would have felt the injury sooner and therefore stopped what you were doing. Alcohol supresses pain and thats why your suffering now.Health Question & Answer

That'll teach you! It will last a couple of days. If you want to do any violent exercise, work up to it gradually and try not to do it when you're drunk.Health Question & Answer
