Question: My husband thinks I will diE in my sleep tonight..?
Ok u guys..i need some real deal medical advice on this one...i am sick and tired of my husband telling me i need to go to the hospital and get a CT done...i have NO symptoms aside from a sore head and tiny tiny bump...yet he thinks i will die...?
I am so GOOFY...at least once a week at work i am getting up from a squatting position and hitting my head hard on metal rods. now my husband is telling me i can die from this. Today, i accidentally hit my head after getting up from bending down to pick something up, i bumped above my forehead on a metal rod HARD. it hurt but i didnt black out. now it is still sore, a small bump, but no dizziness, no nausea, just sore. Can i really die from this, or is he overreacting. He said he had seen on TV that an old man hit his head in a car accident and walked out of it thinking he was fine but went home and died a few hours later from a blood clot that had pressed against his brain or something. please help me assure my husband that i am not gonna die...

call a health line in your area and ask what they think about it.. just so that your husband can have some relief.. I think you will be fine as long as you don't have a headache or anything but better safe then sorry

It can't hurt to get it check out.
As long as you don't get frequent headaches, or blured vison, you should be fine. But doing that after a while can give you a minor concussion. And the best treatmeant of all just stop bumping your head :P. But has long as there no pain it can't hurt. Good Luck.Health Question & Answer
