A question about a back problem?!

Question: A question about a back problem.?
I had no back problems at all my whole life. Then at the age of 16 I was playing basketball and shooting jump shots. I was wearing a weight vest because I was training. At one point I pulled out my back I couldnt barely move and was bent over for a while. After this I have had problems with my back from time to time for the last 5 years. I dont usually get it when working out but I do get it if I start to do work before I have fully woken up and got my body loosened up. And sometimes but barely when I just randomly use my back. Does anyone know what the problem is.? Do you think it is from that one time I pulled it.? Is it a disk that is out of place or a muscle.? what are the number of things it could be.?Health Question & Answer

Health Question & Answer

It's not unusual, i think, to have pain after an injury. I hurt my back when I was 15 or 16 and I'm now in my thirties and I still have pain when I strain it. I found that excecises targeting the back muscle work wonders. It's like a miracle. I'm not sure what they're called but they work. 1) I lie face-down on the floor with my hands behind my neck I lift my upper body (do as many reps as you are comfortable doing) then I turn my head to the right and lift it off the ground and then switch sides. 2) Stand up straigh with your feet on the ground, look up and reach for the sky without taking your feet off the ground. Do as many reps as you feel comfortable. 3) get on all fours. Arch your back and straighten it again. Do as many reps as you can. Health Question & Answer
