Well. What I do is I fluff up my pillow every night and I read my mangas, surrounded by some candles and my stuff animals, I also have a blanket on that JUST came out of the dryer (Put it in for a few minutes) and a warm folded cloth on my head, wearing my little slippers and drinking some hot chocolate on the side of my bed.. So comfy.. I also listen to soft music and the TV is set to a nature channel showing mountains and such <3

Well since its beginning to get chilly outside you could try a nice warm bubble bath with you fac soap. Listen to some good music and drink a nice warm glass of cocoa or your fav drink. Lastly try getting some of those spa kits from the store. They have some for massages, facials, nails, etc. Watching your fav TV program with a nice snack could also be fun and relaxing.Health Question & Answer

most grocery stores carry something called "epsom salt" and if you take a hot bath with it and pour in a good amount (i try to cover the bottom of the tub with a thin layer) and since it doesn't smell, you can buy some oils from the dollar store and put in a few drops and. turn off the lights and light up 3-4 candles and place them around and its really nice. put on some soft music. ^^ that always makes me feel betterHealth Question & Answer

here are some ways:
-warm mellow scented bubble bath rite before bed
-make the night a lazy night. take your time with everything, take an extra long shower, and dress in your fav. pjams. snuggle up with hot chocolate. listen to mellow, comforting, soft music.
