My friend has that problem,
with small body parts such as...
Thumbs,Fingers,Handa,Toes,and Feet...ect.

Is this the friend who is or may be diabetic.? She needs to go to the doctor right away..
This is caused by lack of blood flowing to the extremities(the furthest points from the heart which is pumping it...like the ends of the arms and legs basically).
Diabetes causes that.
