it usually happens when there is little circulatoin in the leg, like when you dont use your leg, or when your sitting on it. when i was in elementary school, we had to sit on the floor, for a whole hour, for assemblies, and everyone would get there feet asleep, so just move your leg around, shake it, stretch it, that should help.Health Question & Answer
Okay. Uh this used to happen to me alot too. Either your leg is "asleep" meaning that the blood circulation is very low, or as it was for me you could have rest less leg syndrome.
