im a guy whos 13 years old
and i have a terrible lower right back pain
its like right under the bone and on it
its right at the pants line...
and
its hurt for like 2 3 months
what could it be.?

..under what bone.?..the pelvic bone.?..could be what is called a hip pointer..which is inflammation at the site of the greater trochanter on the hip..that can be very painful..
..has the pain moved around the lower back.?..if so, it could be a back spasm which can last for a long time if not allowed to heal properly..
..does it hurt when you pee or is their blood or pus in the urine.?..if yes to either then you may have prostatitis or a urinary tract infection..
..is there any burning or stinging with an erection or masturbation.?..or did you have sex with anyone before the problem started.?..again, if yes, then you probably have a severe infection and need to see a doctor immediately or maybe you have an std..
..don't wait..that pain is telling you something is wrong..
..since you've had this 2-3 months, why haven't you gone to see the doctor.?..is there a reason for embarrassment because of this pain.?..don't wait any longer..there's nothing you will say to the doctor that he isn't already thinking of..
