Question: Hygiene type question.?
Next weekend, I am going to a party. I owe it to the girl I am taking to look my best. Being in the middle/end of my sports season, that is hard to do. My hair is INCREDIBLY hard to manage due to my practice being two and half hours in an over chlorinated pool six days a week. My face has some acne and my skin ALWAYS looks kinda dry. I really want to look good about 6 days from now. I already use chlorine removal shampoo but it doesn't seem to help enough. I also use a face wash but it isn't doing much either. What do I need to do.? I WILL give a best answer on this question based on their answer and good sources for their answer.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
For your hair, use more conditioner than you would ordinarily. Try buying a Dove conditioner, it worked best for me, I'm also a swimmer. For your pimples, use a cleanser that's meant to remove pimples rather than a normal face wash. You can probably buy a decent one at a drug store. As for your skin, try a cocoa butter lotion. use moisturiser or vaseline on your skin whenever you can to rehydrate it and wash your pores throughly before bed I know it sounds wierd but stop using your spot cream if you are doing so as most of the time it seems to make things worse try tee tree or lemon juice if you must and put toothpast on your existing spots before bed trust me it works and use a conditioner for the next 6 days it should sort your hair out and thats all i got. If you gel your hair anyway you shoulkd be okay as you dont notice then lol Health Question & Answer
