it is most likely your muscle swelling. it is from stress. most younger females get it. what is going on is your muscle is swelling up in between you chest bone. do you feel a bump. does it hurt if you touch the bump. if so. ice it two times a day. 15 min at a time. then follow up with heat for the same amount of time. take some pain killers. the swelling will go down and the pain should stop.
