Question: Whats a good number of hours to sleep everyday.?
I'm an information nut, enjoy working, and also having time for fun. Theres so much to do in a day, that I sometimes disregard time for sleeping. I can sleep 3-4 hours a day, and still maintain a high energy level and focus. You can say I really don't enjoy myself while I sleep, but I've read that problems may occur.? I've read in the past people used to sleep ten hours a day, and their brain and body functioned at a higher capacity. I remember hearing that eight hours is the perfect amount of sleep. What is really fact and fiction.? What are the consequences from lack of sleep or over-sleeping. Health Question & Answer

Well the best amount of hours to sleep is 8-9 hours a night. But usually a little more than this is great. And if you don't get much sleep at night then you will be drowsy the next day and your brain will not function completely or correctly.
