No is the answer, if your tired and you want to sleep keep your self up until the normal time you go to bed otherwise you will mess up your sleep cycle, you will wake up at strange hours and your body will get used to this and reset your 'Body Clock' you are basically in a nut shell give your self 'Jet Lag'
