Answers:
Assuming you are not sick with a cold / flu (the chills thing)

When it gets cold we scruunch our shoulders so that we stay warmer. The sustained scrunching of the shoulders makes the muscles of the upper back form "trigger points" that refer symptoms into our arms.

The leg pains I have a harder time explaining except that piriformis muscle spasm can give you a deep ache in the legs

the way I would treat it is ( and if have done this for similar symptoms)
motrin and / or tylenol
hot baths
rhomboid and piriformis muscle stretches
massage therapy of the above areas

if it is the cold/flu/infection thing chills, they usually respond to hot bath and motrin/aspirin/tylenol and tincture of time Health Question & Answer
