k my blood pressure was 113/78 and my hearteat was 100 :S I'm a little worried about the heartbeat part lol is it something to be worried about.?

the blood pressure is still normal, but the heart rate is on the higher limit of the normal range,
your heart rate could increase due to many factors, one is that exercise, after exercise, your heart rate normally increases depending on the intensity of your work out,
if you had an exercise before you took your heart rate, you do not need to worry,
you should take a rest before taking your heart rate again,

Very normal. Heart rate can be elevated from caffeine or anxiety alone. Don't worry about it.Health Question & Answer
