Question: Really bad pains in my back, knees, and calves.?
my back, knees, and calves are killing me. i work as a food runner, cashier, hostess and waitress. today i worked a double [two shifts] food running from 11 to 2 and cashiering from 4 to 9:30. what can i take to stop it from hurting.? i have Hydrocodone from when i got my wisdom teeth pulled. will this be way too much for me to take.? its a very light pink pill.. i think 650 MG.? or if i half it, will that be okay.?

i'm in TONS of pain and i need something that will help me sleep very easily.

Answers:
Be careful with Hydrocodone, you can get addicted. Try Motrin 500 first, and a hot bath. If you take some breaks and stretch your legs that will help too. Stand on a rubber matt and invest in good quality shoes.Health Question & Answer
