recently i had been having a really bad time at school, today i was sitting at home, really depressed and i grabbed one of those compass things in geometry sets, the ones with the little needles at the end, this one had a pretty sharp one, i jus started pushing it into my skin and draging it across making lines, i have no idea why i did it but i did, i didnt go deep enough to draw blood but the lines that i did "draw" are now swelled up, like only the actual parts i drew in, I've had this before because someone drag a pencil tip across my hand but this time its really visible,
How long will it stay liek this.?
and what can i do to get rid of it fast because i dont want people to think i am EMO

jesus. you need to quit that NOW. i was wrapped up in self harm for years on end and it gets you and your family/friends nowhere. STOP NOW. i'm dead serious. if you ever think you feel like doing it again, call someone for help.
as for the bumps... they'll go down within a day or so. i dont know that ice will help. if you have neosporin, that might help...
just please. never do that again.
