All of your blood rushes around. I kinda black out when i do it. It's fun :)
if you sit up, wait a bit, then stand up... it doesn't really happen. Heres scientific reason: When you stand up quickly gravity pulls blood from your brain towards your feet and blood doesn't return to the brain until the next heart beat. With a slow pulse, this takes a second or two and that is enough time to feel the lack of oxygen in the symptom of lightheadedness or dizziness. It is also related to something called postural hypotension. This results from a decrease in blood flow to the brain, due to a drop in blood pressure upon standing up.Health Question & Answer

It's your blood pressure. It may be low, but it may just be normal too. When I went from having high blood pressure to having normal blood pressure after going on medication, I almost passed out every time I stood up for a while. My blood pressure was normal and my doctor said my body just wasn't used to it.Health Question & Answer
