Inner Ear Infection from Sneezing Improperly?!

Question: Inner Ear Infection from Sneezing Improperly.?
This morning I had a pretty stuffy nose in one nostril, and when i sneezed, the pathway was clogged from my left nostril, and i felt a bit of air from my left ear. I thought everything was fine until 4 hours later when all of a sudden, i felt an excruciating, but tolerable pain in and around my right ear and around that area inside my mouth. I looked up some injuries from sneezing that relates to the ear, but all i could find was Tinnitus, and inner ear damage. Is it possible that i damaged my inner ear.? i mean like, right now i feel fine. I can hear perfectly, but occasionally, (this is around the second time it hurts, roughly around 14 hours after first sign of pain), i get a slight discomfort, and a little less pain. Is it possible that this will heal.? Could i have ruptured/injured a part of my inner ear.? Btw, i have accidentally suppressed a sneeze many times before due to a stuffy nose, and all that happens is that air comes out my ears and i feel kinda funny, but then it goes back to normal within minutes. The thing is, this is the first time i have felt pain from this. Is it necessary to go seek professional help if this problem persists, or just go ahead and go see a doctor ASAP.? If you could so lend me some helpful advise on whether to get it checked out or know what may be the problem/injury (and if it can be healed), I would greatly appreciate it.Health Question & Answer
