Question: Anyone out there know how to give a good foot massage.?
i just worked 8 and a half hours at subway, my feet are sore my head hurts and im so tired, but i cant sleep, any solutions.?Health Question & Answer

Foot pain is not normal!
There is a reason why you are getting it. Unfortunately it is most likely to be due to the way you walk, if you have flatter feet, what shoes you are wearing etc. The pain is most likely to be muscle overuse.
Have a look at your shoes, see if you have flatter feet. Take note when the pain starts and what helps it.
To help with it now, look at some anti-inflammatories or simple panadol (check with your pharmacist). Put your feet in ice water for 15-20 min (icing helps to reduce the swelling). Elevate your feet and legs and stay off them as much as you can.
