Most likely it is, if you have florescent lights in your house they could be a reason of why you have a migraine, play to many video games or watching to much tv is also a good cause.

You just strained your head to much, so don't worry take some ibuprofen, and if it persists for more than a few days, you might want to se a Doctor.
